I like Julianne. I think she's pretty, but she's a terrible actress and entirely charisma-free. Is she committed to a show business career? Couldn't she find some nice rich guy to take her off the market permanently?

There was some talk a while back, after Seacrest kicked her to the curb, that Julianne was interested in bearding for Tom Cruise. I don't know what came of that.
If this blind is about Julianne, I wonder if the family member with the debt is her brother Derek. What kind of trouble has this little twinkle dink gotten himself into. Gambling? Coke? Brylcream?

The problem with the Yachts is that she'd have to do more than beard.
Cruise seems to be laying low as far as public romances go, in the wake of the whole Katie debacle. That bikini model Jessica White also made a very public play for him and got nowhere.
She has to beard because she's a Mormon and is saving actual sex for her wedding night.

She was engaged to a country singer and he,was on the show. I remember thinking she was way toi young and cute to be engaged. She was like 20.
I liked Julianne in the Footloose remake. I actually liked her better than the original actress, who I could not stand.

I agree this is Julianne Hough and I am really surprised Tom Cruise didn't go for Julianne. It would have been perfect timing for her and Tom to announce their new "romance" during the press tour for "Rock of Ages".
I think Julianne got a big head and decided she was going to be a superstar. I don't know why reality stars always think they are going to turn into A-listers when they leave reality TV. The public just doesn't seem interested in reality stars as movie stars.
Julianne is an attractive girl and she seems nice, but her acting skills are not that great. She'll likely find some rich guy to marry her and take her away from the public eye in the coming years. The it factor isn't there, but the bearding factor is. While I don't see super stardom for her, I do think she will get at least one more bearding gig before being married off into oblivion.
If Julianne Hough had any smarts, she would tell her agent to find a nice, campy CW show for her to headline. That kind of project is about her caliber, and she could bank some good $. Just ask her BFF, Nina Dobrev.
