@Bacon Ranch, I still feel bad about the dog, too. :(
Ashley made a mistake with the candles, but it was a tragic accident, not intentional. And I don't know how you go about apologizing for something like this to neighbors who already hate you.
@ Karen right, do you leave a note in elevator apologizing, so everyone sees it? That's a huge building do you go door to door? And from the looks of the photo not many were affected by the actual fire, so do you apologize for the 'inconvenience' of the fire trucks etc?
she was probably advised by her lawyers or the insurance lawyers not to say anything so they can't use it against her or the insurance company in court.
Electric candles are the way to go for ambience.
Ummm what? Isn't she like in her early 20s? Pretty big reach to go from party house - which is kinda expected from a Hollywood poptart - to running a brothel.... Relax, fugazi Enty. Relax.
@hollywood dime, according to the NY Post article, they're suing her for the complex becoming a "disruptive construction zone."
Okay. Would they sue a business across the street or next door for the same thing? Seems to me (based solely on the linked article) like they're suing her because they hate her. I don't have any love for Ashley, but the lawsuit seems ridiculous.
@Hollywood Dime when there is a fire in a building there is smoke damage to the other units. The smell gets into all the clothes, carpets and curtains. You have to have everything cleaned and even then it takes forever for it to go away.
I wonder what her hourly rate is? Take away the Twilight movies and she would be a solid $300/hr, depending on acronyms and performance.
@flora I understand all of that. But like I said, that's a huge building, how many units were actually affected? I find it hard to believe all of the units were.
@hollywood dime. It is possible if it got into the ventilation. Also the lower units will have water damage.

So if they didn't repair the damage then what? Of course there's going to be construction. Sounds like it's a lawsuit cuz she has $. And excuse me, but if you live somewhere aren't you allowed to come and go as you please? Is there a reason she can only go during hours that are convenient for everyone else? If she was really a nuisance I'm sure she would have been evicted.
Sorry he dog died too. That would be traumatic. I also thought it wasn't her fault but turned out to be her brothers.
