I honestly think she is mentally challenged. (or whatever the P.C. term is these days). I saw an interview with her and she made Paris look wise and well-spoken.

I think mentally challenges is the PC term. If not, then I have been pissing off people for awhile, since I use that term.
Paris and Nicky are not well spoken. I have no idea if Nicky is smart or not, but when she speaks, she sounds like a dumbass. It's as though they only have a few words in their vocabulary. If they try to think of more words, there are long pauses, and they get this dazed look on their faces.

It has to be David Katzenberg but she must have gotten back with him because they didn't break up for good until two years ago.
@Pip it is so true! lol---I think I have seen Nicky actually use the word "duhhh" (and not sarcastically) at the beginning and in the middle of her sentences
@ pip and dereck I work in a group home and the PC term is mental incongnazint ( spelled that awesome huh? My spellcheck has no help for me) any who I thing challenged sounds better.

It's no wonder either of them would be way slow. Their parents are known for their partying lifestyle and bringing both Paris and Nicky along. Not only did they have exposure in the womb but also after - not to mention the drunken sperm and eggs that created them. I think their parents should be called out regularly for subjecting the world to Paris, and apparently Nicky too.
