She says she offered to sign one and he insisted she didn't have to and she probably thought he had millions and was jumping up and down on the inside thinking she was going to be rich because he was in Green Mile so he must be rich. Then she saw the reality and knew she was going to have to go full porn to make any kind of money. Either that or find some guy who was about to die who also didn't want to have sex with her. To her 53 probably seems old enough to die but she really needs to start thinking about the 80 year old range if she wants that plan to work.

He's a gross old creepster but to say that he doesn't have anything "that great" on his resume when he's the most famous X-Files villain in history, had a pretty significant role in the Green Mile, and also had a role on one of the top television series ever on Lost, makes you look like a prick.

I bet she's earned more money than he has during their marriage (you split marital assets, not necessarily everything he owned previously unless it has become commingled). So she's the one that really needed the pre-nup.
Why do they need a pre-nup if neither one of them had big assets --it seems like most of what they have to split is what they made off the novelty of the 2 of them being married
