It's probably a staffer or high-ranking state official. The ladies at the federal level have not had children recently.
Agree, Matthew immediately comes to mind as having a great year, after disappearing he's on a top HBO series plus he's winning major awards.

I cannot for the life of me think of a woman in California politics that isn't menopausal.
Both my fantastic senators, my great congresswoman (Lois Capps) and the always wonderful and ass-kicking House Minority Leader Pelosi are all post-menopausal.
A woman out of Cali who is now high-ranking federally - that could be SO MANY people in so many different areas of government. The actor could also be one of a lot of actors this year. No idea.
Jared Leto fits too, as does Leo (although I think he'd be A+).
Matthew M., Christian Bale both are A list and having a good year.
My first thought was Jared Leto but MattM fits. Since the woman is in government and not a VS model I ruled Leo out.

If Leto is married his wife had better get to steppin'. He came on so hard to an actress on the GG red carpet that Giuliana looked and felt awkward. I can't remember who it was though, just that she had on a red gown. Sigh.
