I had "New England" Nachos at a restaurant in Jupiter, FL recently. They used french fries instead of chips. Don't need any other type after you've tried that.

I live in Edmonton and we have a place here that makes a bunch of different kinds of poutine. They even do a vegan one.
Oh Gawd ~z~ I just lost it! I love nachos. I miss Chichi's. They had the best chicken nachos. Beans and chunk breast chicken covered with cheese and jalapeños with all the good stuff on the side. Uuhhhmmmm …..* sniff* ( wails) ...and they went bankrupt an I'll never have em again!
My attempts to make them at home are a big fail. :'( the wings were awesome too...

Yesterday I had to drive someone to Dr and wait for them. On the obligatory tv was hodo and blabby lee. Their guest was Pmk. I know!! Talk about bad scene!! Well the pearls of rotted turds that dropped out of this shebeast's mouth were amazing. Of course Bruce isnt having gender surgery! Its just so silly whats in gossip columns!! They are just sooo happy living apart. Kids are happier too. Kim devoted mom and prob take kanyes name. Her first 2episodes of Karwrecktrashians will l be " riveting". I know!! I was shocked myself. Ugh. When i got home I had to shower for 20 minutes.
Haha! I saw a commercial for The View with Pmk as the guest saying "everything is great!" and Whoopi is rolling her eyes. I'm sure its heavily edited, but still damn funny :)

Nachos Are Nasty.
Oh lord nachos and I have a love/hate relationship. Last Sunday at the bar, kinda stoned and munching out, I devoured 2/3 of a nacho platter. That huge wad of corn chips, cheese, seasoned beef, salsa and jalapenos bound me up until early Wednesday. It is times like that where I feel the most sympathy for women who have natural child birth. Damn thing was crowning so long I wish I had an epidural and a doctor with a suction cup.

I prefer mine as a layer of corn chips (natural, not cheese or jalapeno), mild chilli beans, lashings of sour cream, and a huge sprinkling of grated Edam cheese. Microwave on high for three minutes and it's dinner!
I don't like minced beef with my nachos ... it spoils the mix and tastes wrong.
And I hate it when people use kidney beans (kidney beans!!!) in place of chilli beans - that's just weird.
I like to wash my nachos down with a lovely glass of Coke served at room temperature, on the rocks and with a couple of glazed red cherries on top. YUM!

I SO agree with @ Derek Harvey! But YES!! Nachos! How I LOVE me some nachos!! Chips, taco meat, frijoles refritos, jalapenos, sour cream, olives, guacamole, and a TON of cheese, YES to NACHOS!! (My mouth is watering now, thanks, Enty)....
And, DUH, and shit-ton of hot sauce!!! (La Victoria Salsa Brava is my personal fave).
Let's open one and call it, "Not yo cheese."
