Olivia tours relentlessly, had a residency in Vegas, has her share of drama, and also has some signature hot moves with my favorite wig-wearing, lumpy seabeast.

Marie fits except she's not touring with The Osmonds. She and Donny have a long-term contract at The Flamingo in Vegas through 2014.
What family act is on tour right now?
I don't think it necessarily means her family is a group but maybe that she brings her family with her?
It's gotta be Marie. Me thinks 'everytime she hits the road' is a red herring to get us to entertain the idea of other folks.
I can't believe either Celine or Marie have never been in blinds before. Also Celine is still A list and Marie is at least B list. I suspect that it is more likely to be a singer of the disco era.
My parents just saw Donnie and Marie in Vegas and said it was the best show they've ever seen. And they've seen most of them. How about Faith Hill?
She's a little bit country, he's a little bit rock n' roll...actually, my first thought was Gloria Estaban, but I don't think she tours anymore. Marie has always been cray cray.

The first live concert I ever attended was Donny and Marie (Jimmy did one number!) at the Allentown County Fair in 1976. It may have been the tightest live act I've ever seen, exactly one hour from start to finish.
Bummer if it's her. She's had a tough life.
@califblondy The Dixie Chicks have been on "break" for a couple of years. The two sisters tour as Junkyard Dogs, but they take their family, so could be them.
