I wouldn't call HIV a "nasty STD". And if he was spreading that around he would be prosecuted.
You can get sued/prosecuted for spreading other STDs as well (Kris Humphries....)
Yes but I wouldn't consider HIV an STD. Also some who have knowingly transmitted the disease have been convicted as attempted murder. This to me is a completely different degree than Kris Humphries herpes accusation, which never really amounted to any more than just an accusation.
Also he was spreading it before he got married - doesn't appear to be spreading it now ie something treatable but very unpleasant. So yes hopefully it's Terrence Howard.
