Justin Bieber Offered Plea Deal In DUI Case

Not only is the US now the loser in the bet to keep Justin Bieber he got some other good news yesterday too. As I predicted, he has been offered a plea deal in his Miami DUI case. TMZ is reporting that prosecutors have offered to reduce the charges down to reckless driving. Bieber would have to complete some community service which would turn into a joke as soon as his fans find out where he is serving the time. The one sticking point is that he would have to submit to random drug tests for the next six months. That might be something he doesn't want to agree to because he would have to stop smoking pot and drinking sizzurp and that is pretty much how he spends his time. Look for his attorneys to try and get that reduced to a month or two.

He is too pretty for the slammer.

I think it would be good if his community service was to pick up garbage, Chris Brown and Boy George style. The photos would make a big impression on his fans.

Let's go with the Boy George version since Brown's community service was on paper only.

@Nutty---but you know he would be a brat about doing community service--like Naomi Campbell showing up in 5 inch stilettos and a fur coat to clean toilets.

He can afford a driver. He should take the 6months loss of license and tell them to piss off.

Unknown said...

@Count or get mommy to drive him around like a regular 19 yr old who loses his license

Unless the watch him pee in a cup I don't buy it that his pee is clean

@Derek: At 4'8, his mom is probably too busy spinning on dick.

@Count oh Lawd. That is the old Pattie. She has cleaned-up and found Jesus now. lol.

Count Jerkula said...

@Derek: I don't know about Jesus, but she can find a bishop in my pants anytime she wants. I am willing to over look the gummy smile to get some sub 5' action.

Yesterday I was on a checkout line at Rite Aid (yes, I hang around luxury shops all the time!) and a mom and her daughter were talking about the Biebs about how much coverage he's gotten lately. Their stance was that he was just a kid and people need to leave him alone. I chimed in that he's not just a kid, he's (more or less) a rich corporation and with the amount of money he's pulling in on a daily basis, he feels like he can do anything because he's cushioned by money. They started going on about how he's a kid, just a kid and so talented. It's really scary when you're talking to a mom in her late 40s who is a massive Bieber fan. She even thought the Anne Frank stunt was cute. SMH.

@derek Naomi did that, true. But she collaborated with W mag to capitalize on it and make it a fashion story, which is why she was glamoured out. She's a smart asshole.

@Blonide---making new friends I see? haha.

@Derek--OMG! You should have been there. There were FEROCIOUS in defending him! They thought that Selena used the "poor boy." HURL! HURL!

And how many Joe Blows get a plea deal on DUI, next to nada. Justice is clearly not blind.

@Blondie, it's one thing to know his fans are out there, but isn't it scary when you see these idiots in reality? Poor daughter doesn't have a chance.

I say make him pay a big fine!

Blondie! said...

@Alexa It was definitely a weird moment for me. No matter what he did, and they reeled off a lot of his offenses, their rationale was that he's "Just a kid."

When I asked them about some of the stuff he did, they always had an excuse for him.

They are also (yes, both) are really into 1 Direction. Their fervor made me think of the Paul Rudd skit on SNL when he played the adult fan of the group. Except these people are REAL!!

Good on you for calling it like it is!

I really thought people like that didn't exist. I was wrong! Oh, so wrong!
At one point I tried to explain to them that tabloids have lawyers on retainer, that the articles are fact checked and vetted before publication and that (most of the time)what they're printing really happened. That if they took away the embellishments in the articles, they'd understand that he's not "Just a kid."
They had an excuse for everything.

On a side note--I have fact checked for a tabloid and in another occasion, my desk was right behind the fact check/research department, so I know first hand that the tabloids do a fact check the articles.

Blondie, that explains why the Kartrashians have "fans". It's a sad and scary world people!

Seeing him pick up trash in an orange vest would be awesome. And better still tell those "fans" no one is exempt from the long arm of the law.

Blondie! said...

@Sherry for a long time the NYC Dash store had a line that went around the block! Fans were standing outside in all sorts of weather waiting patiently to go in and spend their hard-earned money on crap.
If I saved up for a trip to NYC, the last place I would drop my hard-earned coin is for an over priced Kardashian branded water bottle.

@Tina: It is all about how many f-ups the cops made and how much time the court wants to spend on it. I know a few people who had DUIs thrown out.

auntliddy said...

Yes blondie, thanks fir keeping it real. Jerky mother wld pribably think it wld be ok if her daughter slept with this specimen. Ugh. Dont forget, there are still defenders of michael jackson.

Sherry said...

Aunt Licky, my friend was a tour manager for some boy band that never really hit it (can't remember the name right now) and at midnight on a school night, there were moms and 12-13 year old kids waiting at the bus for a chance for their kids to meet these boys. Not sure what was more scary, the little girls clamoring to touch these kids or the mothers encouraging them to do so. The moms were just as rabid so I'll go with the adults who should have known better.

Blondie! said...

@AuntLiddy, thanks. You're probably right, I bet the mom would think it would be a "privilege" for her kid to sleep with him.
Like an idiot, I tried to patiently explain to the mom why and how it was completely inappropriate for Bieber to write that comment about Anne Frank in the guest book. I tried to explain to her that even if he had not been told ahead of time who Anne Frank was or the significance of the house, that there are placards and information all the place there.
Her response, "Oh he's just a kid and if he was alive back then, you know she'd be a fan."
I'm sorry, I'm not making it up, I am really not.

Sherry said...

Blondie..This woman is a first class idiot. Good gawd. Ann Frank would be a fan? Give me a break.

Blondie! said...

Sherry she was serious! She kept saying that since Anne Frank was a teen girl, of course she'd love Bieber, because he's so talented and cute.
On and on and on

di butler said...

The Anne Frank thing is probably true. She was enamored with all things celebrity. Not a big deal, in any event. The reason the charges are going away is the fact he blew a .014 and wasn't drag racing or over the speed limit when the cops claimed he was. In their zeal to bust Bieber, they shit the bed. I said then the charges were gone, it was obvious. The time people spend obsessively hating this little douche nozzle is more disturbing than the little shit's antics. He needs a foot up his ass, and his shitty parents, label, mgmt, etc to explain the facts of life to him, in a serious fashion- cut the shit, or we are dropping you.

i wish they with throw the book at this little fucker and then drop his ass into the ADULT gen. pop. of some city jail! LOL
