Jeffrey Hubbard was found guilty yesterday of homicide and other counts related to the death of Usher's former 11 year old stepson Kile Glover who was killed in a jet skiing accident
. Hubbard was found guilty of homicide by vessel, serious injury by vessel and other misdemeanor boating charges, including reckless operation of a vessel, unlawful operation of a personal watercraft and a boat-traffic violation for operating at more than idle speed within 100 feet of a person in the water.
Glover and a 15 year old girl had been floating in inner tubes when hit by Hubbard. Kile spent the next few days in a hospital on life support before being declared dead. Hubbard will be sentenced next month.
