Apparently Paula Deen has suffered enough. That, at least according to Kneepads who put the former celebrity chef on its cover this week. They did one of their classic redemption stories and she says that she has been fighting to get her name back. Did she lose her name? 2013 was not a good year for Paula. There was the admission that she has used the N word. There was the lawsuit filed by an ex-employee accusing Deen of racial and sexual harassment. A judge threw out the racial component but let stand the sexual portion of the complaint. Deen settled with the employee for an undisclosed sum. She lost millions of dollars in endorsements and now People decided that she has suffered enough. I didn't know they were the arbiter of whether someone should be forgiven but they obviously have and give nothing but praise to her and also that her new company which was given $75M by a private investment company will make her an even larger market presence then she was prior to her empire collapsing.
