At this after party on Sunday these two Oscar winners alternated between making out and two really intense arguments. Apparently he wanted to leave and she couldn't because of what was happening but when he said who he was going to meet she left with him, or more accurately five steps behind him as he yelled in the phone for the driver to come get them.

TMZ has the story...Theron's party turned trashy when the ticket scanner broke and all sorts of low-rent people showed up. Paris Hilton was entertainment and the porta potty's were a toxic mess. Surely Penn wanted to hit up Madonna's fancy party.

She had to stay at the Oscars to present and then - maybe - to hang around and do press stuff, but he said he was leaving for Madge's party so she went too.
They were definitely at Madge's party. But someone here said they saw her at the Oscars without him - so maybe he went off without her?
I still can't believe Theron ditched gorgeous, adorable, handsome, Stuart Townsend. He is SUCH a hottie.

She looked miserable all evening IMO from the time she stepped on the red carpet so yeah I imagine Madonna's party might have been a reason - everytime the camera caught her during the show, she wasn't cracking a smile or laughing at anything, now that I think of it fuming might be the right word, like I'd be if my boyfriend ditched me at the Oscars

Personally, I think CT is the most beautiful woman in H'wood. That said, all I hear from the gossipy types out there is that she's not that bright, big stoner, acts like she's in her early 20s, and can be a jerk. This distresses me so much. :( It's like my 90s love of Granny Kidman, all over again. That rabid Doberman upholstered in an old leather satchel, Penn, and Madge, they are like Ri Ri/Breezy 1.0 and I would rather see them together. Someone do a makeover/redo on Charlize! I want her to be awesome.
