I don't know why the Sheriff's Department thought Justin Bieber would get charged with a felony in the egging incident of a neighbor's home but even if he had the result would have been the same. Justin Bieber is going to strike a plea deal which will have him pay for the damage to his neighbor's house and if he stays clean then it will be like this never happened. He won't even get formal probation. No drug tests or reporting to a probation officer. He pretty much just can't get convicted of any crime while on this informal probation. That would be a crime he has not yet committed. So, the whole Miami DUI thing doesn't count or the charges in Toronto. None of that. Apparently the neighbor is having a tough time proving the damage even amounts to the $20K he initially claimed. Bieber shouldn't argue and just write the check. I mean Bieber already spends that much on chest hair plugs every month so it isn't like he doesn't have the scratch to pay it. The thing that is crazy is that the county probably spent way more than $20K investigating this case and had that raid on Bieber's house and spent all day there looking for evidence and all the man hours spent on an egg tossing case could have been used somewhere else. Yes, they got a drug possession charge out of it from one of his friends, but this was totally not worth it.
