Lindsay Lohan has played the miscarriage card again. This time she used it in a court filing to set aside a default that had been entered against her in her leggings lawsuit. Lindsay's company 6126 was sued and Lindsay herself was served around Christmas. She never filed any paperwork responding to the lawsuit and the company suing her entered a default. Lindsay's attorneys then set aside the default because Lindsay says she was unable to confer with her attorneys while in rehab or after she got out because she was dealing with her sobriety and filming a reality show. Oh, and she also had a miscarriage. The judge decided to give her another chance to respond to the lawsuit and set aside the default. Defaults are set aside all the time and there is not much of a burden that Lindsay would have to overcome to achieve a win so it is kind of surprising that she played the miscarriage card. So many sources have said that she was lying about it to get ratings and another season and it seems unnecessary to bring it up. All she has done now is left herself open to questions about it when she is deposed and she is going to have to provide names and dates and if she can't, then she might be charged with a crime. She signed that motion under penalty of perjury. That being said, chances are slim that even if she did lie anything would happen to her criminally but it would show another circumstance where she lied just to lie when it wasn't needed.
