They haven't split, and I think they love their kids so much they might choose to just to live separate lives ala Goppster and Chris Martin, but there is definitely trouble in paradise and Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are definitely on the rocks. The last thing Ben needs right now is another wave of bad publicity. Things have not been going swimmingly on the set of his Batman movie and he has been partying almost every second he is not shooting and has had the opportunity to come back to LA a couple of times but has chosen to stay in Detroit instead. I'm sure he will make an appearance this weekend for Father's Day, but, if he doesn't, then you will know that things are even worse than before. If Jennifer Garner can't keep him on the straight and narrow path then you you know that no one else will be able to. he never had a Charlie Sheen type slide, but he has not been single for quite some time so maybe he would overcompensate if they do get divorced and we would see him holed up in The Plaza with a bunch of hookers.
