Odd coupling.
Damnnn JS got around
Eugh, really? I'm no fan of hers, but Jesus she downgraded there.
I'll just never get the Seinfeld love (ducks - he's like some sort of saint/ icon in the US right?).
There's something about guys with lots of money. He was probably at his peak of fame when he hit this bitch.
Why would anyone want to bed Gwynneth? I imagine her to be more critical, condescending and with all the excitement of over cooked spaghetti. I think she would smell like fresh citrus though - from the shoulders up.
Jerry would just be too weird for words. He'd smell like Ben Gay and expensive cologne - but no matter his wealth, it might as well be Axe body wash.
His show was one of the greatest comedy shows of the 90s and 00s Violet. Personally I never saw one episode. I've never seen his appeal, never thought he was funny as a stand-up comedian
This was obviously before she had reached her higher plane of consciousness, but I wonder where he ranked on her "eeeee" scale?
She and Jessica are buddies now.
Of course Gwenyth is close with the wives of men she used to bang.
Jessica the Gold Digger doesn't care as long as she's The Mrs
Jerry would just talk too much. And that's pretty rich, coming from me
*takes cover with you*
IMO he is highly overrated.
When they were both married? Or before Jessica came into the picture?
i love 'seinfeld' and don't understand how anyone couldn't, really. it was original and genuinely funny. there's no comedy on TV (certainly not on network) that touches it.
jessica looks weird now
that soccer mom haircut does her no justice
i liked shoshanna better
LOVE jerry! Funny men are sexy!
E was watching The Marriage Ref!
That episode was pretty funny. You can see Goop working the funny and charming blonde vibe.
Jerry is filthy rich and famous. The Goop values that more than anything. She loves rich and she loves famous but you put the two together and she's head and shoulders up their asses. "Beyonce is the most talented person on the planet." Seriously, Goop?
@portlandjewel Yes, I am, thank you!
(Not that there's anything wrong with that.)
I had no idea I got around so much.
Now, you know the origin of 'Who ARE these people?!'
As long as that Ho doesn't get her hands on Larry David, I don't care.
I see Goop better than Tawny Kittain.
Gwyneth likes to be good at everything, hence her efforts towards slut supreme.
Gwyneth's head in a box
Ive seen him twice up close in the hamptons and my hubby even agreed (it pains me to write this) he was FINE.
It'd be worth it just to imagine him asking her "what's the deal with" her fancy, organic, made-from-the-tears-of-a-dodo-bird ingredient preferences.
...and what's the deal with conscious uncoupling??
Log : unconscious coupling occurs when one of the party is in a coma.
Agree with both of you.
Loved the show, really dislike him as a person. The Goop reveal doesn't help.
@LogDog, that's what Goop calls divorce.
It's funny because Goop doesn't actually know what coupling/uncoupling means. At least she didn't say decoupling.
Seinfelds beloved because he doesnt take any of the show business crap seriously. He says hollywood/ show biz is like high school. Ya gotta love that attitude!!
I loved Seinfeld, very clever comedy....but doing Jerry, um no.
The allure must have been the white sneakers. Oy
I love Seinfeld! He's funny without being nasty. I don't hate Goop either, she seems harmless but them together is weird! But his wife is ugly, sorry to be mean but she is.
Maybe she has a thing for puffy shirts.
I never watched Seinfeld. Hated it the one time I did.
Honestly, I think I'd rather listen to Goopy drone on than him.
Now THAT is an odd couple.
And I don't get his appeal either. Never watched his show.
O.J.'s been there and done that with Tawny. Why Nicole and not Gwennyth? I'd throw a not guilty vote in your direction.
"Of course Gwenyth is close with the wives of men she used to bang."
More like she wants to bang her friends' men so she can feel superior. I'm sure she believes that once they bang her they can secretly love no other as much.
