As you know, I generally don't talk about the Kardashians as I find my world is a better place without them. That being said, Kim Kardashian must feel like she is losing her popularity or that she needs to find more extreme ways to make sure she stays in the headlines and in tabloids. I'm actually surprised that she was not the first to do a Scout Willis and walk the streets of NYC topless, because there is not much more she can do without going fully nude at this point. I'm trying to remember if I have ever seen a woman rolling her child down the street in the middle of the day looking like this. It is like she saw that Kendall Jenner got all the headlines and photos because Kendall decided to go commando to the Much Music Awards and let people know it, so Kim had to one up her sister and wear this to walk the streets of NYC. I know the ratings have plummeted for the show and that the family is probably scrambling to keep everyone focused on them, but this is ridiculous.
