How does zero strike you?
Is that a drinking thing.?
Plenty
I will have a beer everytime a goal is scored....
I'm buying a case of beer for 3 weeks of games and I expect leftovers
Probably all of it!!
As much as I can. I am 4 mins from the pubs on my road and I got the Netherlands in the work sweepstake. Bring it on!!
I want to watch everything, but they have done such horrible things to those people in preparation. Not watching is one of the only ways we can lash out at what has happened. FIFA and Brazil should be ashamed.
A big fat ZERO. The most boring sport on the planet.
Van der Vaart's out, so I have no interest in the World Cup
None.
Plenty!
Taking off work early to day drink with friends and watch USA v Germany June 26. I know nothing about soccer but they had me at "half price mozzarella sticks."
U-S-A! U-S-A! U-S-A!
Zero.
All the US games, maye a few of the Costa Rica games.
Mr V and V jr no 1 will be watching EVERY SINGLE match they can. I will be rocking in a corner somewhere.
Nada...not into soccer at all.
Prob just flip on by.
I will watch the Brazil games, i know a lot of people are mad about it right now but I'm hopeful that once the money starts pouring in people there will change their minds.
@Charlie. That works for me. Sign me up.
Unless it's run by Alba. I like to be able to cancel at a whim, not with a court order.
Zero. But my daughter is excited to watch with her dad.
I have my DVR set for all Spain, USA, Italy and England matches. So, a lot.
I was in England one summer during the World Cup when they were doing really well. It was quite lovely to see everyone united and down at the Pubs rooting for Britain.
As much as possible.
none!
I have a friend that travels to the World Cup every year, he goes and picks up random women in whatever country and calls himself a soccer fan. His wife is delusional
Every match I can.
+1 Charlie. It's unamerican to have a game end in a tie. In the words of Ricky Bobby: if you ain't first you're last!
There's only one football and it involves Aaron Rodgers pawing the sweaty ass of his Center.....
Is Holland playing I'll watch those games, Hup Holland. And I dig that orange.
You can be a soccer fan and pick up women, not mutually exclusive. It can be a good party. Not sure how organized Brazil is though.
Not even one second of it. I'm a Hockey fan, that's the only sport I have any interest in unless the Cardinals get into the playoffs and World Series.
Not me but the hubby is Irish…he'll watch.
ummmm what is that?
EVERY SINGLE GAME!!!!!
As they say in soccer: nil.
All of it and to the dumb cunts that think soccer is dumb. I say GFY. that means go fuck yourself. and have a great time doing it.
I'm in Germany so everywhere I turn there are screens mounted for public viewings, schedules of games posted, Brazilian paraphernalia etc. I don't know much about it but get into the spirit of it kind of like with the Olympics. It's a fun atmosphere especially when you know a little about some of the players.
Sometimes, like with Rowdy, you think: hey,why is this guys single? And then sometimes it's just SUPER easy to tell
As much as I can.
I'll try not to watch anything, but my dumb countrymen are already shouting shit and celebrating.
Hopefully the even more stupid (although lucky as hell) coach has taken the injured worst players he could so I can dream of a quick elimination.
Well, it could be worse, I could be suffering baseball, hockey, that horse shit from today or any other American sport that you love and makes stones sleep.
Some sportswriter said the Dutch team won't make it out of Group B, their starters have an average age of 27.5, too old apparently? Bummer.
En ja, Van der Vaart is uit het WK.
My husband has organized a World Cup throwdown next Monday or something. I need to cook up a feast for a bunch of soccer-lovin' fools: Pepperoni bread and my mexican layer dip are on the menu. I guess I'll watch. While drinking copious amounts of wine and shopping on the internets.
When I was knocked up, I accompanied the hubs to this soccer whore bar in Philadelphia to watch World Cup shenanigans. There is a lot of underground love for soccer, it seems.
All since Brazil will win!!!!!!
Zero. FIFA can go screw itself.
None....since Australia got THE unluckiest draw known to man....w face three of the top 15 countries in the first round with a team that is pretty old....it'll take a Hand of God style miracle.....but well be in London for one of England's games, so I'll be an honorary Brit and see how far that takes me! Lol
All of it! Football World Cup 2014. Mostly in the pub. ENGLAND !!!!
Hell I watch it all year the confederations Cup two years ago, friendlies to make FIFA rankings, now the friendlies in preparation, the World Cup is just part of my schedule
Zzzz.
As much as I can. plan to leave work early to watch he usa ghana match. for those who are not impressed, watch espn road to the world cup and learn about the players and how they picked the team. it will pull you in
Zero point zero.
Dat is niet lekker!
