"Of course, we all know dolls can't really talk, and they certainly can't commit murder. But to a child caught in the middle of turmoil and conflict, a doll can become many things: friend, defender, guardian. Especially a doll like Talky Tina, who did talk and did commit murder – in the misty region of the Twilight Zone." Great episode with Telly Savalas
@NJ, Talky Tina was the worst! My sister had a doll that looked like Talky Tina. Goodbye childhood, hello nightmares!
And Telly Savalas getting the beat down from a manic doll, yep, Twilight Zone.
Oh yes sandy bwahaha
Violet you learn clickys and go straight for the clowns?
@ NJFF one word: Chucky!
Send in the clowns
I'll do it.Mwah ha ha.
Wig. I just lost my CDAN clicky virginity with a clown. So proud.
Ok. Here goes:
Guy finds paper with advertisement for rare dolls. Goes to location and meets creepy guy down in the basement.Several minutes of stupid joke where dollmaker keeps interrupting him telling him that he never interrupt a customer.Dollmaker only has one doll. A gimpy little Pinocchio with wooden balls. Guy pretends he will buy it so he can escape. Final scene is new guy picking up the ad. Strong candidate for MST3K.
I'm saving myself for marriage-(related blind).
TNC nailed it.The Enterns are cornballs.I'm disappointed.
Sorry Warecat. I published before I saw you were taking a stab at it.
You okay there, Meanie?
If you find annoying to be creepy, then yes. Otherwise, just tries to hard.
Totally agree. My calling the Dollmaker "creepy" was generous to the point of absurdity.
Thanks, TNC! All the facts minus the night terrors! I won't ask about the wooden balls.
No worries, Wigs. After the Russian Sleep Experiment, I figured you could use the sleep.
Lol @kristen my exact words!!
ts:dr=too scary, didn't…
Disappointing, really, because most dolls are rather creepy. I'll never look at Marie Osmond the same way again.
