This B- list mostly movie actor who is still young and is the offspring of an A list couple has four or five dolls that he brings with him whenever he travels and sets them next to his bed and refers to them as his family. Apparently he talks to them all the time.

I like the JadenZaden guess. Colin is married with two kids. I think he's somewhat close to normal. Poor JZS has Wackadoo 1 and Wackadoo 2 for parents so maybe that's how he copes.

Would Jaden be considered B list? He hasn't done that much. It sounds to me like he is either trying to create some normalcy to his family life because of an unhappy or unstable home, but most likely schizophrenic. I think it is more common in boys and tends to present itself in late teens and 20's.
