I like the Kelsey guess. Don't know about Sheen's adult daughter but don't get the impression he'd be overly generous. Baldwin maybe but I assume the current wife shops a lot. Grammar's 2nd daughter fits and I get the impression his wife is totally under his control.
But Scottie is a big spender too. There has been gossip reports that the wedding may not happen

Well, for all his faults -- and it would crash the CDaN server to try to list them all -- Charlie Sheen is, by every indication I've seen, very generous. He out-and-out gave LiLo over a hundred K to cover debts, gave tens of K to a crewmember on Anger Management whose kid was sick. There are other examples. I don't know if he's got different standards for family, but I don't think it's likely.

Generosity issues aside - no way this is Grammar or Sheen- both work a lot and don't fit blind's 'dad barely works at this point' clue.
Wow! I'd never guess that. I'll change my guess to him. Also as people have pointed out Kelsey is working.
Sheen has 'Anger Mgmt' and when it films it's 100 episode he gets another $200 million when it is eligible for syndication. They have filmed 85 so far.

Banderas isn't A list mostly television though. I think Alec Baldwin works best so far (with Basinger being spending ex.)
Don't pin a medal on Charlie. He's capricious with money. He gives it, and he takes it away. He's stingy and then he tosses money all over the place. That's not 'generosity.' With him, money is about control and/or how it makes him look. He's a narcissistic asshole.
Basinger was an earner when she and Baldwin were married and she's never been a constant shopper. She's agoraphobic.
