Vanessa Redgrave and her Italian husband, Franco Nero, is my final answer. She did an interview in 2012 in which she said she has to work because she is mortgaged up to the hilt. She lives in a two bedroom apartment and works non-stop to pay the bills. I do like the Melissa McCarthy guess too.
Ben Falcone directed and co-wrote Tammy. And while Nero's career has slowed down (he is 72, after all), his bio is not that of a do-nothing.

Nope, shes 77 and still going strong. You may be thinking of her sister, Lynn Redgrave (who lost her battle with cancer in 2010), or her daughter, Natasha Richardson (who died in 2009 after a skiing accident).
Vanessa getting back together with Franco Nero after all those years was so lovely, it can't be them.

Sorry, I can't quit this blind, so I'm going to guess Joan Cusack.Her husband is a lawyer for a classified online ads company and that company was just sold on August 5, 2014...perfect timing to divorce. Acting family and Oscar nominations fit Cusack as well as the television and movies. She really is my final answer. I think.
