Yeah, the slipping down a bunch of tiers makes sense, but TR was never almost A and is WAAAAAAY lower than a C at present. The ranking is more Lohan, but her boobs (the last time she had her picture taken, anyway) are fairly droopy. If we see them looking perky all of a sudden, we'll all know, right?
