@Derek A little more than a "jerk". He beat an ex-girlfriend. Threw a chair at her on one occasion, then another time they were fighting in a car and stopped at a light stop in Ireland. She got out of the car and walked across the street, he got out and grabbed her by her hair and dragged her back to the car and drove off. He's a shitty, shitty, shitty human being that somehow covered the story up. Happened a few years before he really got famous, so he's lucky he's not thought of like the white Chris Brown. I can't imagine him doing something nice for anyone.

@Derek I only knew about it because I was staying in Ireland at the time and it was in the paper. He was just in Inglorious Bastards, but I have no idea how he kept it quiet. I've done searches online and can't find very much info about it. I'm pretty bad at searching for stuff, so maybe someone else can find a story about it.

@tricia no recipes, but I do know how to make certain dishes just by watching my mom make them growing up. My mom ROCKS. She can make anything from any country. She's a bad-ass in the kitchen.
I do wish I knew how to make their pide bread. They really only make it during Ramazan/Ramadan. (my mom bought some fresh and froze it for me..love her)! My mom tried to get the recipes from the bakeries there, but they would not give her the recipe. I've never had pide anywhere in the world like in Turkey. I don't even eat bread in general, but I will eat their pide bread as if it's the last meal I'll ever eat.

@VeronicaCostello That's about all I could find online as well... Can't find the actual story from the Irish newspaper that talked about the details of various incidents between Fass and his GF. I think the broken nose was the last incident when he threw a chair at her. The story about dragging her by her hair back to the car had witnesses. Not sure if the GF dropped the charges and got paid or if he did community service like Chris Brown, I'd love to know though.
