Kellan Lutz is well-known if you're Twihard. I don't even know what he looks like, much less which character he played.
And yeah, this is really believable. Who asks the host of the party if they want to go change? And who replies, "No, I'm hoping someone will adjust my junk for me"?

I knew of a dude who had tourettes. It was mild, but one thing he constantly did, was adjust himself.

Big deal. People say stuff like that all the time, not everything is supposed to be taken literally.
I feel fairly certain that Zac Efron, Joe Jonas, or one of his other Fashion Week buddies could assist him with that adjustment.
I lived in a very hot country for a few years where guys were always adjusting themselves. It was gross.
As for Kellan, wrll, that's just douchetastic.
