I'm 5"8, 100 pounds and I only wear leggings underneath skirts or dresses which at the very least, cover my arse. It is a PSA for the rest of society. It ain't purty...

@Gina. Love leggings and boots on many women, I wear them too. The rule is that the shirt should cover the arse, at least most if it.
Yes, there are denim type, and actually pretty close to being stretch skinny jeans; they "can" be passed off as pants in some cases.
Of coarse, we can all wear what ever tbe H we want. But, I used to hate leggings, then I had a vested interest in them and came to wear them, like you -with boots and liked them - but I kind of had to become an expert in them and I saw them on all kinds of women. I feel very strongly that the thinner (the type like clingy work out attire) out attire) should be worn with long tops.
Again, it's a free world, and my opinion is free - maybe that's all it's worth too. Lol
