This normally very non-partying A+list mostly movie actor has been going at it hard for the past month on the set of his new movie. For the first time anyone can remember they saw him using coke. Maybe that new life experience is weighing on him.

Think it's Gosling. He's making a (terrible sounding) movie with Russell Crowe now. He's a little down on his luck professionally speaking too. Might be freaking out. Clooney's making a movie with the Coen Bros. Don't see him acting up on that one, he's too much the businessman (which is why he isn't that great an actor).
Clooney himself has said, he's done everything, don't think he was exaggerating.
I think Gosling's the answer here, but I so want this to be Tom Cruise. God help me, I'm into the thought of a burned out Cruise saying "screw everything" and partying like a madman.

@it took - yeah, I can't help it - I'm 43; I'll think Tom Cruise is hot forever, even though I know good and well how crazy he is. Generational thing, I think.

He did say weed was his choice because coke never did anything for him....perhaps that's why the blind emphasizes the bit about people/friends having never seen him hoeing into the coke previously. Maybe his newly married/ bearding state is weighing on him. Clooney has mid-life crisis written all over him lately.
