This A list mostly television actress on a very hit network show was all smiles the other night at a party. Without her husband and telling people they were moving on seemed liberating for her. The whole sham marriage thing has been dragging her down for awhile.

I think Aeol is saying that Kerry Washington's (and Kaly's) marriage is getting none of the benefits of the usual Hollywood fake marriage. As far as fake Hollywood marriages go, its a fail. They are not taking advantage of the potential publicity they could get to dispel any of the rumors and in Kaly's case, her husband is not even famous (Is he famous?) so why can't he just live like he wants?
