This A list talk show host wants to raise $5M for charity by auctioning off as many tickets as it takes to his last show. It is all going to be done under the radar with no one knowing it is him.

How do you raffle off free tickets to TV shows w\o telling anyone?
interesting this should be Letterman. I'm reading Jimmy Walker, a comedian who starred on Good times, a show from the 70's Dynomite!: Good Times, Bad Times, Our Times--A Memoir, and interesting to learn some likeable stuff about Letterman as well in the book.
Letterman's unhappiness is personal, he doesn't visit it on other people (generally).
I would have guessed Colbert for this, just because it's totally the kind of thing he'd do.
