This former A+ list mostly movie actress is now a B lister in a couple of movie franchises. She has a younger female relative in rehab right now. That relative is saying some very jaw dropping things about our actress. Sexual things were done to the relative from a fairly young age.

Julia is only B list in the sense that she is on a list of actresses who are a word that starts with that letter.

For what it's worth, Enty doesnt say that the younger female relative in rehab is a celebrity or famous herself -just that she's a younger relative..i'm just saying!
Kate Winslet? She's in the Divergent series, but don't know of any other.
I know, I know! (never been so happy to figure out something so gruesome) It's Halle Berry (Batman + XMen) and her adopted daughter, India (Eric Benet's daughter).
Maybe the girl in rehab is looking for attention? In any case one should take what she says with a grain of salt.

We don't know if the younger relative is a celeb or not. The only people I can think of that were that high and are now doing franchises are Rose Byrne whi I dunno would be A+ (XMen, Insidiuous), Cameron Diaz (Shrek, Bad Teacher 1 and 2) and Goop (Iron Man, Avengers). That's all i got!
I might go for Emma Thompson (franchises being Harry Potter and Nanny McPhee, although I don't know if two films qualifies the latter as a "franchise"), except it doesn't say "foreign-born".
Charlize Theron is in the new Mad Max and they're making a second "Huntsman" movie, so that might work. Although she's foreign-born as well.
