What publicist is refusing to provide any of their celebrities to that perpetually kiss butt tabloid. Apparently they were supposed to put that married reality star/talk show host/some other things on the cover this week and didn't. To make matters worse they say they were pushed off the cover by someone less famous who does not even appeal to readers of the tabloid.

Wow, I never thought I'd welcome an Avril cover, but I'd prefer that over a Guiliana one.
TL; DR - continuing cancer-related drugs make her unnaturally thin.
Long, rambling, personal rant below:
I've worked in cancer research for over 30 years. There is no known drug that's used to prevent cancer recurrence that causes a person to be unable to gain weight. There simply isn't. The pharmaceutical company would have applied for a weight loss indication for the hypothetical compound quicker than quick and would make a (bigger) frickin' fortune, because many, many women gain weight during and after breast cancer treatment due in part to hormone manipulation and steroids given during chemotherapy. Ms Rancic is not receiving chemotherapy.
I'm calling her a liar and she's welcome to contact me, give me the name of the drug and if I'm proven wrong, I'll joyously retract, publicly.

That's what I was thinking,that she's a damn lie! I've had a few people in my family with cancer,and when they were on meds or chemo..they got bigger or stayed the same,not smaller. Glad you cleared that up. Also,thank you for what you do! xo
She didn't want to have a baby.. she doesn't want to gain weight, she wants to buy property and lots of pretty, expensive skinny clothes while she slowly starves;. take it from there Hubby.. either Bill will lay down the law and spare their child from her mental ill foolishness or leave with Duke and have peace., while she is in rehab.. Call her out and don't back down.
Giuliana Rancic and her pathetic PR push for sympathy. So far this week she's blamed her anorexia on the cancer meds (even though she's 4-5 years in remission) and scoliosis. She always wants you to feel sad about the embryo she lost(in January) again.
Nothing is ever her own doing.
My mother is on cancer suppressing medication, a monthly shot. She has always been lean, but since she started the treatment a few years ago, she's skin and bones. Maybe it effects some people differently than others?
Chemotherapy can lead to weight loss, but not necessarily due to the drug itself. The weight is lost because the patient is so overwhelmed with the other side effects (usually nausea), that the patient is unable or unwilling to eat.

Well...Chemo is a whole different animal--- & yeah, you vomit your brains out at times after particular chemo dosages. Guliana Ransic NEVER had chemo..I think that she's being less than frank w/her claims re: the long-lasting side effects of her post-surgery preventative medication-it just doesn't work like that..
