@Reformed it doesn't say where the woman is living, so you should check your first world privilege. Second, not everyone can take the morning after pill due to medical conditions. Lastly, the morning after pill is not 100% effective so how the fuck do you know she didn't take it?
Child support is not a paycheck. As a single parent I can confirm it is ridiculously expensive, life affirming, yet life consuming, and not at all for the faint of heart.
