There aren't that many former Ho-wives. Jill Zarin, Kelly Bensimon, Alex McCord, Cindy Barshop, Aviva Drescher. Alex lives in Austraila now, and Cindy left on her own terms and doesn't want back on, so I don't think it's them. Would Jill cheat on Bawby? IDK. Aviva is so putrid I can't imagine any man, even her meek little husband, wanting her. That leaves Kelly.
