The doctor to this A+ list reality star has threatened to sue her because of a story line. Our reality star is trying to create drama but by doing so has made up a medical condition which could have only been caused by negligence from her own doctor. The doctor is seeking over $1M from the star or the doctor will sue.

Obviously, the Ks think no one in the audience has any idea what a uterus is, let alone what happens inside one. They might have a valid point, come to think of it.

Then again, people who look to Pimp Mama Kris for a physician reference are already beyond help.
The thing is, all placentas attach to the uterine wall to some degree. There are three levels of abnormal attachment, depending on how deep it goes. IF she actually had an abnormally attached placenta, the obstetrician would never have allowed cameras in the delivery room and the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology guidelines strongly recommend C section, so that the attachment doesn't get yanked out and the mother hemorrhage on the table. In short - I think the whole thing's a lie and she probably had a D&C for other reasons. But wtf do I know?

hah. I don't watch, but I'm pretty sure that Doctor deserves an AA for taping scenes with her and her ugly cry face(and managing not to laugh).

I'd ask for way more than a million, KK can afford it and the doctor can argue her exposure being forced upon us every single day increases the damages they are due.
Don't really feel for the doc..he signed on to be filmed in what normally would be considered patient/doctor situations. There's a little Kardashian in all those Kardashian doctors.

She doesn't want to CARRY another baby and needs a surrogacy excuse because people hate on anyone who doesn't want to ruin their body with pregnancy. I'd rather have a surrogate if I had a choice, lol. Not a KK fan, but I get it, especially considering her body type.
Know this is an 'older' story.. but,, just HAVE TO COMMENT.. don't know WHAT ob/gyn is supposedly SUING... but, yes, I know the link is to the 'daily sun'.. The OB/GYN that should be suing IS everyone CONNECTED to K.K.!! Obviously.. K.K does NOT know.. that OB/GYNs check the placentas VERY carefully.. BECAUSE!! If ANY of the baby's placenta is LEFT BEHIND when WE deliver.. We, as in the mother..(and I learned this while in nursing rotations..) will not being doing what KK is doing, but, WE WILL END UP WITH A MASSIVE INFECTION.. which, at the very LEAST.. will leave us INFECTIVE.. ..THE MOST? can KILL US! NORTH is going to be 2! 'these ' pieces would have been noticed, become infected,.. etc.. BY NOW! K.K is just creating DRAMA where none is! Yes, some women have infertility after having their 1st baby.. but, K.K? Maybe being in the same city as your 'husband'.. when you are fertile MIGHT help?
