This B list reality star from an A list reality show goes into a car shop almost everyday and is convinced he has a tracking device on his car and has been getting more and more paranoid about it each day when they tell him nothing is on it. The reality star looks as if he has not slept in weeks.

He's not very stealthy to start with.
It's the drugs he is addicted too. Once he realizes this, he will head to rehab and stay for the full term.

well it could be true. Bruce said the paps put a GPS device on his car and that's how they found him leaving a clinic after his trach shave (just think about how much $ that pap made off those photos). They are probably trying to get photos of Scott going to the home or hotel of some chick he's hooking up with.
It was most likely PMK than the paps who did that. I don't know why Scott would be paranoid. It's not like anyone really cares about his doings.
