@CooCooCatchoo. I'd be shocked if he cheats on her, unless he decided it was too much too soon and is backing down on his proclamations of love. She has always looked spaced out.
Pattinson has been out of town filming quite a bit lately, she's touring and she's pretty young with a whole lot of recently-made money. The drug dealers love the young, nouveau rich, right? He's not there to watch over her and love her up - young, rich, bored, missing the boyfriend = a druggy in the making.
He seems to fall in lurve fast - I totally get that, but Twigs seems a little fame hungry. For a guy as laid back and private as him, I sure am surprised by his taste in women as of late. I think he and Katy Perry were/are friends with benefits, and she loves the spotlight, too. Go on and get laid, my brother - but you don't have to marry every girl that you sleep with. Twigs seems a bit to obvious and in your face for him.
