For the first time, the kids are old enough to know that their A+ list mostly movie actor has been kicked out of the house. Apparently they are not handling it well which has caused even more fighting between the parents.

Logic dictates that if she kicked him out, she is not the doormat that everyone thinks she is.

Why are they still hitting the publicity stroll? Oh, I believe they are split, but are they trying to generate good publicity for Batman or something else?
@H2O - question is, why did garner put up with it so long? think of the years and years the kids had to put up with two miserable parents. Sometimes I think couples thinking staying together (but miserable) is better for the kids because it means you're still married. That isn't true at all and any man/woman who thinks it is thinking about themselves (their marriage) and NOT their kids' well being.
I think she really believed he wasn't cheating, and was a good guy. But at some point the pics, him sort of rubbing it in her face (like when his rubbed his face in the naked boobs of the Blurred Lines girl when he picked her to star opposite him in a naked role for his movie), and whatnot, she couldn't deny it any longer.
People love to put you together then break you up.
He's always been a dog and everyone knows it. Maybe he falls in love and maybe thinks he can change, and whichever woman he's with (inc JG) think they're the one to really change him. Everyone's wrong. People who chronically cheat? Continue to do so.
At this point, it seems like he's been trying to blow it up but she was hanging tough. Why? From the outside it's obvs a losing hand. Whether it's for the kids, for rep, for pride-whatever. Be done with it.

She fucked Scott Foley and JJ Abrams on "Felicity". Fucking Abrams is how she got "Alias". Then she cheated on her husband Foley with Vartan, Then she divorced Foley and cheated on Vartan with Affleck.
How could Ben leave when she was out there being the World's Most Perfect Mother every day? We know she was because she called the paps to make sure that we knew.
Her game has vastly increased what Affleck is going to have to pay to get rid of her.
@joll, it may have not been this bad the whole time. It was probably a decent marriage for a few years and gently escalated into the mess it is today.
She was young enough to think things might get better if they tried, or she tried harder.
@Malibuborebee, I read recently that Foley said she didn't cheat and she wasn't married to Vartan (for some inexplicable reason.)
