The ex-wife of this aging A+ list director/permanent A list actor said that her ex hired several men who would say they did manual labor around the house but were hired to have sex with the ex so our A+ lister would not have to.

I don't think Clint was around most of the time, especially towards the end of their marriage. I think it is more likely the ex-wife hired the men and justified the expense to Clint (or his accountants) by saying she needed some "manual labor (*wink, *wink)" performed around the house.
I think everyone guessed this correctly, and I believe we also agreed that this should be considered a Kindness blind.

Not believable that Clint hired the guys. Wifey got her own handy men.
