Whats to say that she hasnt known all along and willingly started a family with a man she loves, respects, and gets along with aware of and fully supporting his love of men. Who's to say she's not getting hers too?
Would have been my first guess, but he's usually described as "foreign born", so then I thought Jenner? Although he's not really A List, nor is Travolta any longer. Perhaps RDJ or Clooney - there is so much about Clooney playing around with waiters and hotel staff on DL . . . and he's A List and not foreign born . . . and married . . . sorta kinda . . .

I would just think that every woman wants to be desired by her husband, and I think you would have to give that up with a gay man, even if you knew. How could you really feel like you satisfy your man? How could that not take an emotional toll?

Hm, Hugh Jackman, really? Wouldn't Enty mention it if the actor was foreign born? The only person he was with at the gym was Chad Cornes, the retired Aussie Rules footballer. I'm not sure if Chad is now in the training business, but I know he is an assistant coach at the football club.
