No one knows where they came from. Maybe she had pockets in her dress or her clutch was like Hermione's bag, but this former A+ list mostly movie actress who rarely works now was munching on snacks she brought to a party. Her own snacks. Apparently she just nibbles on them every waking moment as part of her diet. She eats nothing else. She still has A+ list name recognition and her spawn and her exes are everywhere. She comes up with something strange almost every year, but no one could figure out where they were coming from.

Demi is a great guess. Melanie Griffith would also fit.
Though odd, I don't exactly find this blind titillating. So she had her own food... Haven't most of us snuck snacks into a movie theater?
Maybe she knew they would be serving raw kale on rice cakes and wasn't particularly fond of that hors d'oeuvre so she brought her own.
Hell, I used to take my own beer to parties, even if I knew there was going to be alcohol provided. I would find a place to secretly stash it. That way I enjoyed what I was drinking and if the host ran out, I usually still had my own, private stash.

I mean, maybe she brought an assistant who kept the snacks? Why is this a big mystery? Who cares/some people have war in their countries/etc.
Probably Demi, although I'd quibble with the A+ rating. No biggie.
I am a BUYER OF MOVIE THEATER CONCESSIONS. However, I loathe the water my local cineplex sells. I think it's Dasani? Whatever it is, it is disgusting, and tastes worst then the drinking fountain output (my previous solution -- buy popcorn and whatnot for the family, but fill up a sport bottle for me at the fountain). I'm not enjoying the new bag search as you enter policy. I can't sit for two hours, and NOT drink water. Suggestions?

+1. i made the mistake of putting my beer in the fridge at a party though and it was gone in 0.00001 seconds. i usually just keep the bottles in my purse and pull them out randomly. not into your bud light lime, thanks, i'll byob.
Eww Dasani is repulsive and disgusting and all things terrible! I mean, honestly, I have this reusable bottle with a cool design on it and stuff...I'd bring something like that. They're not going to make you throw it away (like they would a regular plastic disposable bottle) and probably won't make you walk back to the car. Just give them a pathetic sad look and maybe they'll let you get away with it "one time". "One time" is "every time" if you have different people though searching your bag though lol. Other than that, I'm stumped.
