This week at a daytime party no less, this way under age tween (B- list movie actress) who has been in this spot before was so drunk that she could not even make it to the bathroom before puking. She left shortly thereafter with her much older boyfriend.

She still isnt old enough. But I was drinking at 15 too so no biggie to me.
A teenager drinking at a party stopped being scandalous news shortly after prohibition ended, if I recall the Rule Book correctly.
