I've no idea!!
She was busted for running an "illegal" pot dispensary in California a few years ago. To be fair, at the time the state and some individual towns were changing local laws, interpreting them in a different way, cracking down on infractions that they'd previously ignored, etc.
Basically, they either wanted fewer dispensaries or none in some areas. It happened in Santa Barbara where the dispensaries got raided and put out of business. It wasn't always a case of the dispensary people knowingly doing anything wrong. Now it's delivery-only here, which as it turns out is very convenient.
Sorry - Morgana's bust wasn't in Santa Barbara. It's just the area that's familiar to me. I think she was in Agoura Hills or Woodland Hills or a Hills town of some sort.
What about her family? What have they done that makes them trouble?
a quick google search shows nothing 'bad' about her or them.... so doubting this is correct answer.

Morgana's mom did 20 years in jail. Morgana's cousin is Leighton Meester. Leighton was born in jail, because her mom was doing time. The whole damn family are criminals. Here is an article on Morgana's mom, Judy Haas McNelis.

Morgana also had a complaint lodged against her last year by the Better Business Bureau.

And that pot dispensary she got busted for was only a few feet from a high school. The court papers noted that "young males' frequented the place. She caught a felony for it.
Sounds like Charlie Hunnam and that girlfriend Morgana. She was a drug dealer. Probably still is.
A few feet from a highschool?! Ha! That's just precious! She needs to go on Sharktank with that idea. The entrepreneurial spirit is alive and well in America. Its like Rebecca De Mornay says in Risky Business; she's a "little enterpriser."

She reportedly sold weed to students from a nearby high school. I've heard her mother was in prison, and she's Leighton Meester's cousin, who, as many know, was born in prison. Maybe their mothers are jailbird sisters. Charlie always went for the trashy ones.
She's a convicted felon
Morgana's mother Judy McNelis was the first woman on FBI's most wanted list. She ordered a murder and was running drugs for drug cartels. Her whole family was involved.
It's not Mark Salling. It says at the end of the tip that "She and her family have always been trouble." It's Morgana.
When do we find out who this blind item is about?

And Maggie Siff had Charlie's baby. I know about the past arrest, but blind items are planted all the time to get traffic. I am amazed that people read crap like this and just believe it. Like Courtney Love and Lea whats-her-name. Maybe his attorney is looking over it.
Everybody knows this is not a paper of record or the Oracle at Delphi, but some things are prescient and show up in the "legitimate" press or what is left of it in the digital age later. You take it with a big shaker of salt. You can be "amazed" all you want but it it is fun guessing and watching it all play out. Charlie Sheen's status was known here years ago. I totally believe it of crazy Courtney, or at least it is plausible.
His "lawyer" can look it over all he wants but because of first amendment rights there aint shit he or she can do about it. It is represented as gossip and hearsay anyway.
I believe it is in the realm of possibility that this is true because of Morgana'sand her family's background, whether it actually happened or what it means who knows. Time will tell, morgana is scuzzy anyway and it wouldn't be her first visit from the cops anyway.
