Lena Dunham just cancelled all of her press obligations leading to the premiere of Girls citing her endometriosis.

It's when tissue that grows inside the uterus starts growing outside the uterus. It can be insanely painful & can lead to infertility. It can get pretty bad as far as pain goes. Plus you're constantly thinking about how you might not be able to have kids because of it. It's no fun at all. If Lena's lying about it she's an awful, horrible, no good very bad person.
If I had me a dollar for every kid I didn't have!
