Portia had an ED before Ellen, while on Ally McBeal.
Someone doesn't have to be skeletal (or even thin) to have an eating disorder. Not saying Portia has one currently but you can't necessarily tell just by looking at her.

I agree with the Portia guess. I read her book about living w/an ED and it never really goes away entirely. I'm sure the pressures of being a woman of a certain age in Hollywood don't help.
