There is no way they can kill off her character but something needs to be done. This B list mostly television actress on a very hit network show from that creator is in a feud with the female lead of the show and they can’t stand each other to the point where they refuse to speak to each other.

I don't like people I work with, but I deal with them. Seems to be a lot of juvenile adults in the entertainment industry.
Eh I don't think I could work on that set without hating someone either. Having to deal with Kerry and Tony's bs while smilingly protecting their privacy and cover stories would push me over the edge.
That said no way do I believe it is this bad. Shonda would have already dumped Bellamy without looking back. She doesn't waste time and money on this crap.
Naw Shonda wouldn't dump Bellamy, she has made it perfectly clear Mellie is her favorite character to write for. And remember Mellie's character was supposed to be written off by episode 3 in the first season. But she is still here and is written better than Olivia Pope. When Shonda has her favorites, they always stick around. I mean, Scott Foley is still on Scandal and we all know it's bc Shonda has a crush on him, which is also what she has publicly stated. So yeah, I'm not surprised she is still there even if her and Kerry can't stand each other.
From my experience, that's all there is. I've never seen such a collection of coddled, insecure & egotistical people with the emotional maturity of a 3rd grader. Why few Hollywood relationships last & so many end up with addiction issues (no real life skills/coping mechanisms). My ex was an actor and (despite his good qualities) was a bottomless pit of need. The sad thing is, if they're successful enough, people cater to these childish whims & the problem gets worse.
Eff Kerry. She's NOT all that. Bellamy is such a sweet person who is very grateful for the opportunity Scandal has provided her. I'm surprised Shonda put up with Kerry/Tony if the rumors are true. We all know she killed McDreamy off when he was cheating on his wife with someone on crew.
I just saw a pic of Kerry last night and she looks almost bald. Her hairline is so far back. I wonder if she's ill?
YES! I started watching Scandal because friends raved about it, by KW makes me want to punch her. She has two expressions and is a horrible actress!
Actually, Bellamy is not all that with her desperation for success but still being ignored after sucking up to the TV press and critics for some meaningless award. She is 47 years old and this is the only attention she has ever gotten and it has gone to her head. Bellamy's Twitter timeline shows her narcissism - constantly re-tweeting compliments.
Bellamy puts on an act with her phony saccharine sweet Southern charm. She still acts like beauty pageant contestant. The fashion bloggers have started to point out her sagging boobs on display in most of her outfit.
Shonda knows who gets the attention for her show and is respected in HW. That would be Kerry not Bellamy and not Shonda who is disliked by many.
Plus people in the industry know that Bellamy is unpleasant to anyone (wait staff, etc.) who does not have a bit of power. She was banned from the Elton John AIDS event for treating the staff badly.
Yeah Bellamy needs to stay in her lane. It's Kerry's show. Bellamy knows this and is trying to suck all the attention she can from this show and its popularity. As a supporting actress, you need to know your place, it gets you farther bc at the end of the day, Hollywood is watching and they see how you act on social media and with your co-workers. Kerry knows how to play the game which is why she has many projects outside of Scandal and product endorsements. Bellamy has a mediocre album and Scandal. After being on this show for years, where are her outside projects? Bellamy's a one trick pony, once Scandal is over, we will probably never hear from her again or she will go back to doing forgettable recurring bit parts on other shows or TV movies. It happens all the time. Actors get these great opportunities to spin their fame into some longevity but they are too busy being ego stroked by their fans and stepping on the toes of the ones that got them their fame to push their career farther. Bellamy owes A LOT to Kerry. She better enjoy it now bc I doubt lightning will strike twice for her again. Being almost 50 in this industry while acting like a teenager behind the scenes rarely gets you much in Hollywood.
Why can't Mellie be killed off Scandal? She isn't married to Fitz anymore and per Shonda Rhimes, she wasn't supposed to stick around this long anyway.
If Shonda loves Mellie so much, why not create a spinoff? Then Shonda can write for her all she wants without that Olivia Pope stealing her rightful spotlight. Same with Jake/Scott Foley and the spy crap.
Interesting response, I didn't know Shonda loved writing for Mellie. Though i'm not surprised because Mellie gets all the meaty storylines. The scenes after her son died were amazingly done.
My hairstylist has done her hair... Let's just say she has a HUGE brats doll head and prefers those off the face/show her weak hairline styles...even if you suggest covering it up.
