This makes no sense if Entard is insinuating Stephanie March. She hasn't been on the show in years and isn't friends with any of the new men on the show. And she isn't screwing Ice-T. He could be talking about Neon Joe, which she was fabulous in, and trying to say she's screwing Jon Glaser.
Uh when did Mariska become gay? This is news to me. Peter Scanavino is the only doable guy on the show now though.

I think the Stephanie March part is pretty obvious but how can we link her to Peter Scanavino? Does she just hang out on set these days even though she left years ago?
Stephanie and Peter did a play on Broadway together years ago, but I think suggesting they're having an affair now is a stretch (even by Entard's standards). There are too many women in the entire L&O universe this could be, but I do agree he's definitely suggesting Stephanie M.
