Naomi still looks good, but Coop could try other younger less famous ones, I doubt Naomi will put up with too much demands (he seems the type), And having to play it nice with his mum. Besides she would need to slow down the scorting abroad.
If Cooper tries to beard with Campbell - he might as well just come out of the closet.
Why don't these guys pick believable fake girlfriends? I would easily buy a smart guy (he went to Georgetown) would date a pretty New York career gal. Who, in turn, would love to pose on the red carpet and meet celebrities - and keep her mouth shut.

Be on a yacht with super models, go to exotic places with women from those hottest in the world list. Fancy cars, mansions, all that shit.
