This A+ list singer is whacked out on drugs on a fairly consistent basis right now and her tour is doing awful. Promoters are literally reducing ticket prices by 75% just to get people in. Our singer has had to reduce her fee. This is going to be an epic s**t show.

Madonna's had rumors that she performed drunk and high so I'll go with her. Is she not permanent A though?
Rihanna, just 2 days before her concert they were reducing prices to get the remaining seats filled.... Madonna is a mess but she doesnt have a problem selling tours.

Supposed to be RiRi....but where are the cheap tickets? I'm trying to go and I'm checking 3 cities that are next week and the tickets aren't reduced. I've checked all options.
