FORMER A+....not now.
Maybe if he came out of the closet he could relax and not feel like a fake liar, then maybe rehab would stick. Look at how crazy John travolta is after so many years in the closet. Do want to be a pathetic 65 year old guy attacking males after they give you a massage in your hotel room?
I feel bad for Zac! He's going to end up dead by the end of the year unless someone (including himself) cares enough to get to rehab.

Does Zac have anyone who gives a rat's ass about him? He seems to be surrounded by drug dealers, opportunists and sycophants. THAT's the big problem. Fire them all and he might have a shot at a healthy life.
