This Academy Award winning A+ list mostly movie actor is being paid $50K by modeling agencies for every model he goes on a date with or even just for being photographed with them. Apparently their rate shoots up immediately for bookings and the agencies are making the money they pay out back almost right away.

Well that's some extra money Leo can hide in his off-shore accounts in case he needs it on a rainy day.
I wonder if there is also an implicit or explicit understanding of the 'favors' the models are expected to provide.

Wow. This is one of the most revelatory blinds of Enty's, IMO. It shows how the entire showbiz world now is one rigged bad reality show, all about money and nothing else. You enter these fictional situations where everyone stands to profit, except the public being duped into believing this is reality, as in TRUE. Great work Enty!
Considering what a year with Giselle did for her profile, I don't blame them. He once complained about models trying to be seen with him to sneak a pic and look like they are dating (and getting famous) so I guess he decided to profit off of it.
Haven't a couple of them hinted that there were no favors to be provided? As in, he's not interested in girls.

every girlfriend has been a contractual beard. he didnt start having them until after a semi-scandalous interview w/Interview Magazine in 1995(I think?) where he said kissing girls was gross and he wasn't sure about his sexuality. then another guy in hollywood was quoted in an interview in 1994 i think about how it was sad the hollywood machine was already erasing leo's sexual preference and replacing it w/heterosexuality. he even missed a press conference after the Interview Mag interview came out, citing illness i think...but it was most likely to avoid questions from the conspicuous parts....
my question is, what year will it be when major male movie stars can come out?
and what year will it be revealed that taylor dated closeted famous guys to make them look hetero/get PR in exchange for fiction that makes up the songs? that is some serious juice......one day its gotta come out. jake, harry, tom.....them come out too.

There's an issue for big box office stars (which if Titanic had never happened, Leo would never have become a box office star). Many countries are homophobic and if a star is out, it's unlikely the movie would be released in those countries.
If someone is honest enough, they shouldn't care. But it's all commerce.
Problem with Leo is he's over 40 now and it looks very suspicious that he has no baby mamas. One of those models would have been savvy enough to realize she needed to get a meal ticket out of him. If none have, seems very unlikely he's having sex with them. Models are dumb, but they aren't that dumb.

Since this whole issue is about commerce, and effects their earning potential, the answer is, it depends on what they want. Look at what happened to Rupert Everett. He came out as gay, and it tanked his career. It was not possible to pass himself off as a straight leading men to women. If you want to be as big as John Travolta, you HAVE TO sell yourself to straight women. If he did only "Hairspray" type movies, he would be living in an apartment somewhere, instead of in a house with his own personal jets. He made that decision. He designed a closet for himself he could work with, and just DENY, DENY, DENY everything and everyone that came forward to prove he was gay. He found a wife in his religion who was tired of dating maniacs who shot her like Charlie Sheen, and was willing to settle for a comfortable arrangement for a lot of $$$$$$. That's the choice actors have.
Rupert Everet's career has tanked because of his diva difficult drunk reputation.
